The Bracelets- Three Color Options:

Each bracelet is handmade from one of our favorite makers of real deer antler slices and different gemstones. Each antler will vary slightly in size color etc but you will receive approximate size of the antler in photo. It also includes assorted bone beads, rustic gold, wood beads and coconut beads.

The bracelets measure between 7” and 7.25” and will fit most wrists between 6 to 8 inches.

The 5"-6" Itty Bitty Heart Bowl: 

Perfect little trinket tray made from 100% wood. 

The sizing will vary from each one but roughly measure as follows:

5"-6"" Long X 5"-6" Width X 1.5"-2" Height * PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENT AND EACH PIECE WILL BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT AS IN ALL HANDMADE PIECES.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED FROM THE SHIPPING PROCESS PLEASE CONTACT US: RANCHJUNKIE@RANCHJUNKIE.COM 

WE WILL NEED PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND THE BOX- PLEASE KEEP THE BOX AND THE BROKEN PRODUCT AS THE CARRIER WILL NEED TO INSPECT IT. WE WILL REPLACE YOUR ITEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THIS HAPPENS. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Merchandise with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Some of our items that are handmade will take longer to ship due to the product's nature- we will state in the products description the lead time for each product.
