REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Better than expected!
Received our Farmhouse WOODEN WALL WINDOW ARCH-LARGE( 60” without wreath). We were first impressed with the box they used to ship it! It was more lime wood than card board, and then the way it was protected inside the box! THEN, the piece itself is not at all flimsy at all! Using it to transform a 1970’s front door. We just held it up to see how the fit was, and it is perfect! Going to paint the door this week, and we’re going to paint the Window Arch as well, but have decided to leave it as is! Simply beautiful! Will send pick once the door is transformed! Before & after.
