We took one of our best selling handcrafted bowls and made an Industrial Farmhouse Version that is one of kind. This style combines comfortable and welcoming farmhouse style with the edgy, rugged lines of industrial style. Each of the metal bands are a perfect patina to give it that rustic industrial style.  

• NO TWO BOWLS WILL BE ALIKE AS EACH ONE IS HANDCRAFTED- SIZE, COLOR, METAL BANDING AND CHARACTER MARKS WILL BE DIFFERENT ON EACH BOWL. 
• SOME BOWLS WILL HAVE ONE INDUSTRIAL METAL BAND AND SOME WILL HAVE MULTIPLE METAL BANDS. THE BAND WILL VARY IN PLACEMENT ON EACH BOWL. 
• COLORS WILL VARY BASED ON HOW THE WOOD TAKES THE STAIN- SOME WILL BE A BIT LIGHTER AND SOME A BIT DARKER. THESE ARE MADE TO LOOK RUSTIC.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED FROM THE SHIPPING PROCESS PLEASE CONTACT US: RANCHJUNKIE@RANCHJUNKIE.COM 

WE WILL NEED PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND THE BOX- PLEASE KEEP THE BOX AND THE BROKEN PRODUCT AS THE CARRIER WILL NEED TO INSPECT IT. WE WILL REPLACE YOUR ITEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THIS HAPPENS. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Merchandise with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Some of our items that are handmade will take longer to ship due to the product's nature- we will state in the products description the lead time for each product.
