I messaged the seller almost 3 days ago to try to resolve this issue between us and have not heard back. The item I ordered is in terrible condition. There are large paint drips all over making it look very sloppy. The item appears to not have been sanded at all before painting, the item has many large areas that are extremely rough and sticking up. There are cuts in the wood making it look like it’s splintering. The paint is very sloppy, uneven, and thin, and the distressing looks like red paint was dripped on it. I know it’s supposed to be rustic, but this is beyond unacceptable and just poor craftsmanship. I’m honestly not sure how they shipped it to a customer in this condition-it’s an embarrassment. It looks nothing like the pictures in the listing.I have many other pictures showing how bad it looks but could only upload 1.

Well made bag. I like that it came with a dust bag. I guess my only constructive feedback would be to let people choose if they want little spot spots or big spots because I would’ve liked to have had one medium to large spot on mine. Maybe someday I’ll order a brown one as well! Or a duffel. Those are gorgeous!
