1. How fast do you ship?
Once an order is placed we will ship your order within 1-4 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing, or if the item is out of stock. Please take this into account when placing your order. ***The estimated shipping times at checkout are based on the time it will take once it is received by the shipping carrier. These times are approximated, and there could be delays from the carrier that are out of our control, especially during the busy holiday season. We use UPS for most shipments but occasionally use USPS for smaller shipments.
2. How do I return my order?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. What if my product arrives damaged?
IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED FROM THE SHIPPING PROCESS PLEASE CONTACT US: RANCHJUNKIE@RANCHJUNKIE.COM -WE WILL NEED PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND THE BOX- PLEASE KEEP THE BOX AND THE BROKEN PRODUCT AS THE CARRIER WILL NEED TO INSPECT IT. WE WILL REPLACE YOUR ITEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THIS HAPPENS.
4. How do I apply a promo code?
If you have a promo code, just enter it into the "Discount Code" box at checkout, then click apply. Once applied, the order amount will reflect your discount.
5. Do I need to pay customs fees on international orders (outside the United States)?
As of now buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
