Shipping Information

We typically ship all orders within 1–3 business days, with an estimated 2–4 day transit time*.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

  • You’ll be responsible for paying for your own return shipping, we do offer reduced return label pricing in the link above. 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sample sale items

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method (if approved).


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ranchjunkie@ranchjunkie.com.

Please include photos of the damaged product and the shipping box—and keep both, as the carrier may need to inspect them.
We’ll replace your item as soon as possible after verification.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within several business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times can vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

You may exchange an item within 30 days of purchase.
