Wholesale Terms & Conditions

We love our customers and are always happy to share our products with new shops! If you would like to apply please click here. We will email you with more information if you are approved ASAP. You will need your sales tax i.d. / EIN number to be considered. Please read all the below before applying.
*Please note that gift boxes are not included in wholesale orders on Ranch Junkie Leather Goods currently due to shipping cost. You will receive a Ranch Junkie dust bag for larger leather goods (i.e. duffels, purses and totes). If the product is listed with leather conditioner you will receive one per item that you order if the product comes with it (i.e. the leather duffels). You can choose to sell it separately or with the bag it came with- it is up to you!
Here’s the brief terms and conditions we have.
1. Minimum Order Value
For first time customers of Ranch Junkie Mercantile the minimum order value is $500.
- Spend $1000 or more and receive 2% off your order.
- Spend $2000 or more and receive 3% off your order.
- Spend $3000 or more and receive 4% off your order.
- Spend $5000 or more and receive 5% off your order.
2. How To Place Order
- You must be a registered user to view wholesale pricing on this site. If you have not yet registered please go to create wholesale account link. Follow the prompts and submit your information.
- Once approved for an account go to the log in link to log in and see wholesale pricing. Submit your order via our website site at www.ranchjunkie.com
- You will only see wholesale pricing for what is available to purchase wholesale currently. We are adding more options soon, so stay tuned!
- You can easily look at all your wholesale options here. Or you can use the quick order form here after signing in with your wholesale account.
3. MSRP
Products or goods purchased from Ranch Junkie should be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 20% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 20% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested by contacting us at ranchjunkie@ranchjunkie.com and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
4. Wholesale Pricing
- All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive the discounted wholesale price listed off the MSRP plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping cost to you. If the amount of shipping that was charged to you is higher than what we spent to ship your product we will always refund you the difference. If you order enough for a pallet we will contact you after your purchase to talk about shipping cost and the best and cheapest route for you. We are capable of shipping pallets when it makes more sense. Contact us anytime if you have questions about shipping.
5. Returns
Returns must be made in writing directly to ranchjunkie@ranchjunkie.com within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Ranch Junkie's prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged unless the product was damaged in shipment of which we will need to file a claim.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer

6. Payments
There is multiple payment options for you to choose from on our website. These are the only way we will accept payment.
7. Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged on each purchase as an average shipping rate per invoice total. The average shipping rate percent is what we have found to be an average for shipping cost per order in the U.S. If what you paid in shipping cost is more than what we shipped your items for we will refund you the difference. We will be very upfront and honest about the shipping cost once we have shipped your items. If you have questions, please reach out.
If your order is big enough for a pallet we will compare the difference of shipping UPS or Freight and reach out to you for your preference and shipping cost difference after you place your order.
8. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please email us at ranchjunkie@ranchjunkie.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments with pictures of the damaged product. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
9. Delivery Window
Please allow at least 5-10 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
10. Shipping International Orders
We do not ship international orders at this time.
We have experienced too many customs and shipping complications to make this worthwhile for the customer.
11. Selling Platforms
You may not sell on eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Walmart.com or any other selling platform other than your own website and brick and mortar store.
